Instead of using average salaries within agencies, we model the specific staffing matrix and telework eligible positions to evaluate the bottom line potential of telework, alternative workplace strategies, and/or workplace flexibility programs.

5) Presentations: We offer a variety of live and virtual presentations on The Management Case for Telework, Telework 101, Overcoming the Obstacles, and a number of other topics.
Live Presentations:
- Airfare (from San Diego), lodging, transport, and per diem for 2 presenters
- Plus speaker’s fee: $4,500 for 1 hour program and 2 travel days
Virtual presentations (via WebEX, GoToMeeting, etc.):
- $4,000 per 1 hour presentation with Q&A
